Preparation and delivery

Adapters normally require 4–7 business days for handling and pre-dispatch checks. Portable chargers, home/wall-mounted chargers, and DC chargers normally require 7–14 business days. Estimated international transit is normally 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Two-year global warranty

ChargePapa provides a two-year global commercial warranty. We start with remote diagnosis. If a covered equipment fault is confirmed, ChargePapa sends a complimentary replacement unit. If a return is required, we provide instructions and cover the required shipping cost.

Damage and non-conforming goods

Contact support@chargepapa.com promptly if goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, faulty, or do not match their description. Photos and, where reasonably useful, video help diagnosis. Applicable statutory remedies remain unaffected.
