For order changes or cancellation requests, contact us immediately. We may be able to stop an order before acceptance or production begins, but this is not guaranteed. EU and UK statutory cancellation rights for eligible non-custom goods, the custom-made-goods exception, and all other return terms are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & 2-Year Warranty policy.

For damage, wrong items, faults, or goods that do not match their description, include your order number and clear photos. A short video may be requested where reasonably useful for diagnosis. Reporting transit damage within 48 hours is strongly encouraged for carrier-claim purposes, but this does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
