Refund & Warranty Policy

⚠️ 1. Order Cancellation (Strict 4-Hour Window)
Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast global dispatch. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within 4 hours of the order being placed.
- Within 4 Hours: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 4 Hours: The order has entered the "Processing & QC" line and cannot be intercepted. It will be treated as a standard return (see Section 4).
2. Shipping Damages & Defects on Arrival
While our packaging is reinforced, logistics accidents happen. You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Reporting Protocol (48-Hour Limit):
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp shown on the carrier's tracking.

- Attachments: Clear photos/video of the outer box damage AND the product damage.
*Claims submitted after 48 hours or without video evidence may be rejected by our insurance partner.
3. The ChargePapa 2-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our engineering. ChargePapa warrants to the original consumer that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
A. Scope of Warranty
To claim warranty service, you must provide comprehensive video proof showing the malfunction is due to internal failure, not external damage.
- Covered: Control box failure, screen malfunction, connector pin defects (material fatigue).
- Not Covered (Non-Human Damage): Water ingress due to leaving the cap open, cable damage from being driven over, dropping the unit, or unauthorized disassembly.
B. Remedy & Resolution
If a valid defect is confirmed by our engineering team, we will proceed with one of the following options at our sole discretion:
- Repair/Parts: We ship replacement components (free of charge) with video instructions for simple fixes.

Replacement: We ship a refurbished or new unit of the same model.
(Note: Shipping costs for warranty replacements may apply depending on your region). - Store Credit / Discontinued Items: If the original model is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a replacement of a similar model (adjusting for price difference) OR issue Store Credit equivalent to the current market value of the product.
4. "Change of Mind" Returns
If the item is functional but you simply changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days (EU/Global) under the following strict conditions:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
- Return Shipping: The customer is fully responsible for shipping costs to our designated warehouse (Asia or Local Hub). Note that heavy items are expensive to ship.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover initial handling and packaging.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 20 business days for the bank to process and post the refund to your account.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 20 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact us at info@chargepapa.com.
