Order preparation

Adapters normally require 4–7 business days for handling and pre-dispatch checks. Portable chargers, home/wall-mounted chargers, and DC chargers normally require 7–14 business days because of configuration, testing, and quality-control work. Wall-mounted chargers are manufactured or configured after order acceptance using the buyer's selected specifications.

Transit

Estimated international transit is normally 8–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and customs, local carriers, remote-area delivery, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

Damage or delivery problems

Inspect the parcel promptly and contact support@chargepapa.com if the parcel is damaged, the item is incorrect, or delivery appears incomplete. Reporting visible transit damage within 48 hours is strongly encouraged to support a carrier claim, but it does not remove rights given by applicable law. Include your order number and photos; provide video only where reasonably available or requested for diagnosis.

Risk and consumer rights

For consumer orders, risk passes when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise or you independently appoint a carrier not offered by ChargePapa.
