What does this NACS to CCS1 adapter path cover?

The listed ChargePapa DC-Link is a passive DC fast-charging adapter rated to a 500A / 1000V DC ceiling with IP65 protection. Those ratings are product limits, not a promise that every vehicle will receive the station's maximum output.

Will it work at every Tesla Supercharger?

No. NACS / SAE J3400 is an open connector standard, but access is not decided by physical fit alone. The CCS1 vehicle must be eligible, the station must support that vehicle, the adapter path must be authorized, and the app or payment flow must permit the session. Verify support in the vehicle manufacturer's app and the charging-network app before travel.

What decides actual DC charging speed?

Actual speed is limited by the vehicle BMS and charging curve, battery state of charge and temperature, station output, cable conditions, adapter current and voltage limits, and session authorization. The adapter does not create charging power.
