How should you choose 250A, 300A, or 400A?

The current rating is the adapter's electrical ceiling, not a guaranteed charging speed. Actual DC output is limited by the vehicle BMS, battery state of charge and temperature, charging curve, station output, cable path, protocol compatibility, and session authorization. Compare the product specifications after confirming the correct source connector.

What should you verify before ordering?

  • The charging cable is CCS1, CCS2, or NACS DC—not an AC connector with a similar name.
  • The vehicle has a CHAdeMO inlet and supports the intended DC charging session.
  • The station and network allow the vehicle and converter path you plan to use.
  • The product direction is source → CHAdeMO vehicle; these adapters do not work in reverse.
