To ensure safety and performance, every ChargePapa unit undergoes a rigorous load-testing sequence before dispatch. We prioritize quality control over instant shipping.
PART 1 Handling Time (4 - 7 Days)
A. QC & Processing
3-5 Days
Bench testing, high-voltage safety check, and calibration.
B. Packing & Flight Booking
1-2 Days
Reinforced protective packaging and air cargo space reservation.
PART 2 Transit Time (8 - 20 Days)
Global Transport
8-20 Days
International transport via Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Land (depending on region).
Logistics & Protection
All international orders are automatically insured against loss or damage. We handle claims with transport partners—no extra cost to you.
We utilize a combination of Air, Sea, and Land transport networks to ensure secure delivery to your specific address.
Tracking numbers are generated after Part 1 (Handling) is complete. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your active code.
We handle export paperwork. However, specific local import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
* During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or New Year), handling and transit may take extra days.
* Neither party shall be liable for delays resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, etc.).
