Global Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

Unlike generic retailers shipping off-the-shelf units, ChargePapa prioritizes safety above speed. Every unit undergoes a rigorous 2-stage handling process before dispatch to ensure high-voltage safety compliance.

  • Stage A (QC & Testing): 3 - 5 Business Days. Includes bench testing and thermal calibration.
  • Stage B (Packing & Logistics): 1 - 2 Business Days. Includes reinforced packaging and air/sea cargo booking.
  • Total Handling Time: 4 - 7 Business Days.
  • Operations: Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or New Year), handling and transit may take extra days.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays resulting from natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, or logistical disruptions beyond reasonable control.

2. Shipping Methods & Protection

We operate a Factory Direct model utilizing multi-modal transport (Air, Sea, and Land) to ensure global coverage.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (Worldwide).
  • Included Insurance: All orders automatically include Global Shipping Protection against loss or damage in transit. ChargePapa handles all claims with the carrier on your behalf.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has completed Stage B (Packing). This usually occurs 5-7 days after your order is placed.

Note: It may take 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after you receive the number. If you see "Label Created" for a few days, this is normal as the package moves from our factory to the international logistics center.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

While we handle export paperwork, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

*For most customers in the USA, EU, and Australia, we utilize shipping lines that handle pre-clearance to minimize delays.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit (no movement for 30+ days), we will dispatch a replacement unit free of charge immediately under our Shipping Protection policy.

If your unit arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
