At Chargepapa, we specialize in advanced energy solutions, including solar panels, EV chargers, and charging stations, etc. Due to the nature of these products, delivery times differ from standard e-commerce items.

Processing & Lead Time

-All orders require confirmation before shipping ( we will send email to confirm the figures of products in your order before proceed next step, please make sure to reply / confirm the items and pre-delivery email confirmation is key).

-Once confirmed, products are scheduled for shipment departure and no cancellation in any terms.

-Shipment lead time only starts once your order is ready and passed examination at our-side after your pre-delivery email confirmation of the figures.

Estimated Delivery Time

-Standard Delivery Window: 20–30 working days (after pre-delivery email confirmation and shipment ready for departure).

-Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, logistics partner schedules, and destination country regulations.

Important Notes

-Large items (e.g., solar panels, charging stations) may require additional handling time.

-Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment departs.

-For bulk orders or special requirements, our logistics team will coordinate directly with you to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
