1. Order Processing & Safety Quality Check (QC)
Unlike generic retailers shipping off-the-shelf units, ChargePapa prioritizes safety above speed. Because we deal with high-voltage electrical equipment, every unit undergoes a final bench test before dispatch to ensure amperage stability and safety compliance.
- Handling Time: 3 - 5 Business Days.
- Operations: Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or New Year), processing may require additional days for thorough quality verification and handling.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs holds, or other logistical disruptions beyond either party’s reasonable control.

2. Shipping Rates
We operate a Factory Direct model to eliminate middleman markups and pass the savings to you.
- Standard Shipping: FREE (Worldwide).
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (if available).
3. Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has passed the QC stage (approx. 3-5 days after purchase).
Note: It may take 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after you receive the number. If you see "Label Created" for a few days, this is normal as the package moves from our factory to the international logistics center.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
ChargePapa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
However, for most customers in the USA, EU, and Australia, we utilize shipping lines that handle pre-clearance, meaning you often will not be charged extra fees. This is not guaranteed for every shipment.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit (no movement for 30+ days), we will dispatch a replacement unit free of charge immediately.
If your packaging is damaged but the product is fine, please note that shipping boxes are designed to protect the unit. If the unit itself is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
