By using this site or purchasing from ChargePapa, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product selection and compatibility

You are responsible for checking the connector, charging mode, electrical supply, vehicle requirements, and selected specification before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you are unsure. Except where mandatory law applies, ChargePapa does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect specification selection, or a compatibility-selection error.

Orders and custom equipment

An order is subject to acceptance. Wall-mounted chargers are manufactured or configured after acceptance using the buyer's individual selections. Where lawful, the custom-made-goods exception applies and change-of-mind cancellation or withdrawal is unavailable. This does not affect remedies for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described goods.

Pricing and payment

Prices, availability, taxes, duties, shipping, and payment terms shown at checkout apply to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Shipping and risk

Shipping dates are estimates. For consumer sales, risk passes when you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise or you independently appoint a carrier not offered by ChargePapa.

Warranty and remedies

ChargePapa provides a two-year global commercial warranty. We begin with remote diagnosis. If we confirm a covered equipment fault, ChargePapa will send a complimentary replacement unit and will not charge required return or replacement-delivery shipping. This commercial warranty is additional to non-excludable statutory rights. Full conditions are in our Returns, Cancellations & 2-Year Warranty policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargePapa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, external electrical conditions, or an incorrect compatibility selection. This section does not limit liability or remedies where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
