Permanent Power. Zero Compromise.
Wall-Mounted DC Fast Charging Up to 40kW / 1000V.
The ChargePapa EVC-ZG is a patented-design DC wall-mounted fast charging station built for permanent commercial and fleet installations. With output up to DC 200V–1000V at 40kW / 0–300A, a 4.3-inch high-brightness touchscreen, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, and LAN connectivity, and OCPP 1.6 network protocol support, it delivers enterprise-grade DC fast charging without enterprise-grade complexity. TUV and CB certified, compliant with LVD (IEC 61851-1) and EMC (IEC 61851-21-2) international standards. Available in five power configurations from 7kW to 40kW.

The EVC-ZG is a DC fast charger for permanent wall-mounted commercial installation only. It does not support AC Level 1 or Level 2 charging. There is no input cable — the unit is hardwired directly to your facility's electrical supply by a qualified electrician. The 7kW model requires single-phase AC 220V±15%; the 15kW–40kW models require three-phase AC 380V±15% industrial power. Verify your facility's power supply and wall-mounting capability before ordering.
Step 1 — Select Your Vehicle's DC Connector Standard
The EVC-ZG is available with CCS1 (US/North America) or CCS2 (EU/Australia) charging guns. Both connector options are available across all five power levels at identical pricing. Select the standard that matches your vehicle fleet's DC inlet.
CCS1
SAE J1772 Combo · SKU suffix: -CCS1
🔌 North American DC Standard
- Ford F-150 Lightning / Mustang Mach-E
- Rivian R1T / R1S
- Lucid Air
- Chevy Silverado EV / Blazer EV
- Most non-Tesla US-market EVs (pre-NACS transition)
Confirm your vehicle's DC inlet standard before ordering. NACS-port vehicles require a CCS1 adapter or NACS gun (contact us).
CCS2
IEC 62196-3 · SKU suffix: -CCS2
🔌 EU / Australia / Global Standard
- Volkswagen ID.3 / ID.4 / ID.7
- BMW iX / i4 / i7
- Hyundai IONIQ 5 / IONIQ 6
- Kia EV6 / EV6 GT
- Porsche Taycan (800V architecture)
- Audi e-tron / Q4 e-tron
- Mercedes EQS / EQA / EQB
Standard for all European and Australian-market EVs. Also used by many Asian-market vehicles sold in Europe.
Step 2 — Match Your Site Power Supply & Throughput Requirement
Select the power level based on (1) your facility's electrical supply and (2) your required charge throughput. The 7kW model runs on single-phase 220V; all other models require three-phase 380V. Higher power = faster turnaround per vehicle.

🏢 Who Is the ChargePapa EVC-ZG Built For?
The commercial parking operator in San Francisco or New York City installing permanent DC fast charging as a paid amenity. Your downtown parking structure already has three-phase 380V service to the electrical room. The EVC-ZG20750A delivers 20kW at 0–50A DC output via CCS2 (IEC 62196-3) or NACS (SAE J3400), wall-mounted in a compact footprint that fits between standard parking bays. OCPP 1.6 integration connects to your existing payment platform for per-kWh billing.
The EV dealership service center in Chicago or Houston that needs same-day vehicle turnaround. A Porsche Taycan (CCS2 · IEC 62196-3 · 800V architecture) arrives for a software update with 8% state of charge. The EVC-ZG301KA delivers 30kW at 0–100A DC output — enough to bring the Taycan from 10% to 80% in under 45 minutes. Wall-mounted above the service bay, it occupies zero floor space and the 5m gun cable reaches any vehicle position.
The corporate campus or tech park in Austin or Seattle adding EV charging as an employee benefit. The EVC-ZG401KA draws 65A at three-phase 380V, delivering 0–133A DC output at up to 1000V for 800V-class vehicles including the Hyundai IONIQ 6 (CCS2 · IEC 62196-3) and Kia EV6 GT (CCS2 · IEC 62196-3). WiFi and 4G dual connectivity means the unit stays online even during building network maintenance.
The highway rest stop operator or fuel station in Phoenix or Denver transitioning to EV charging revenue. Installing a 15kW EVC-ZG15750A (CCS1 · SAE J1772 Combo) alongside your existing infrastructure gives Ford F-150 Lightning and Rivian R1T drivers a 60–80 km range top-up in 20–25 minutes.
Q: Is the ChargePapa EVC-ZG TUV and CB certified?
A: Yes. The ChargePapa EVC-ZG DC wall-mounted fast charger holds both TÜV Rheinland certification and CB Scheme (IEC System) certification. It is fully compliant with LVD standard IEC 61851-1 (EV conductive charging system safety) and EMC standard IEC 61851-21-2 (electromagnetic compatibility for off-board EV chargers).
Q: Does the EVC-ZG come with an input cable?
A: No. The EVC-ZG is a hardwired wall-mount unit with no input cable. It must be connected directly to your facility's electrical supply by a qualified electrician. A 5m charging gun cable is included. Auxiliary power supply is 12V universal.
Q: What is the output current range of the EVC-ZG?
A: The EVC-ZG provides continuously adjustable DC output from 0 to a model-dependent maximum (0–20A for 7kW, 0–37A for 15kW, 0–50A for 20kW, 0–100A for 30kW, 0–133A for 40kW), with a total range up to 300A across the product line. Output voltage range is DC 200–750V (7/15/20kW models) or DC 200–1000V (30/40kW models).
Q: What power supply does the EVC-ZG require?
A: The 7kW model (EVC-ZG07750A) requires single-phase AC 220V±15%. All other models (15kW–40kW) require three-phase AC 380V±15% industrial power. Professional electrical installation by a qualified electrician is required for all models.
Q: What DC connector standards are supported?
A: The EVC-ZG supports CCS1 (SAE J1772 Combo), CCS2 (IEC 62196-3), NACS DC (SAE J3400), and GB/T DC (GB/T 20234.3) charging guns — specify your required gun type at order time. Confirm your vehicle's DC inlet standard before ordering.
Q: Does the EVC-ZG support OCPP and network billing?
A: Yes. The EVC-ZG supports OCPP 1.6 for integration with charge management platforms. Authentication methods include card swipe, VIN code, Alipay QR, mobile App, password, and mini-program. WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G, and LAN connectivity enable remote monitoring and session reporting for commercial billing.
⚠️ Professional Installation Required: The EVC-ZG has no input cable and must be hardwired to your facility's electrical supply by a qualified electrician. It is a DC fast charger for commercial use only — not compatible with residential single-phase circuits (except 7kW model). Always verify DC connector compatibility with your vehicle before connecting. Emergency stop must be accessible at all times during operation.
The standard EVC-ZG ships with a 12V universal auxiliary power supply. If your application requires a 24V auxiliary power supply (e.g. heavy-duty trucks, electric buses, or specific commercial fleet BMS requirements), please contact us to place a custom order:
