Q: Can I charge my BYD Atto 3 at a Type 2 charging station in Europe with this adapter?
A: Yes. The ChargePapa Omni-Link Pro converts Type 2 AC station output to GB/T, allowing BYD Atto 3 and other GB/T vehicles to charge at European Type 2 stations. The BYD Atto 3 will charge at up to 7.4kW (single phase).
Q: My BYD Han EV has a 3-phase OBC. Will it charge faster?
A: No. This adapter is single-phase only. The BYD Han EV will charge at single-phase speed (up to 11kW at 50A/230V) regardless of its 3-phase OBC capability. For full 3-phase 22kW charging, use the ChargePapa Omni-Link Pro 3-Phase adapter (CPCADA0025).
Q: Is this compatible with DC fast charging stations in Europe?
A: No. This adapter supports AC Level 2 charging only. Do not use at CCS2 DC fast charging stations.
