The ChargePapa DC-Link CCS1 to CCS2 Adapter bridges North American CCS1 DC fast chargers to European CCS2 vehicles. Rated at 400A / 1000V DC with a built-in thermal kill switch, IP54 protection, and a 12-month warranty. Designed for EU-spec EVs operating in the US market.
🔌 Conversion Logic
The adapter physically converts the CCS1 (SAE J1772 combo) station connector to the CCS2 (IEC 62196-3) vehicle inlet. DC power passes through directly with no active electronics — full rated current at all times.

⚠️ Critical Usage Note
This adapter is designed for CCS2-inlet vehicles at CCS1 DC fast charging stations only. Do not use in the reverse direction. Do not exceed the rated 400A DC / 1000V operating limits. Inspect the adapter before each use — do not use if the housing is cracked or contacts are damaged. The thermal kill switch is a safety feature, not a substitute for proper load management. Keep the adapter dry and within the rated operating temperature range.
