ChargePapa The Euro Home Pro Charger | MRS-EA2-Three Phase (Type 2, 11kW–22kW, TÜV & CB Certified)
Couldn't load pickup availability
Full charge before breakfast. Every morning.
TÜV & CB Certified. 3-Phase. 11kW or 22kW — for EVs that can take it.
Your EV has a 3-phase onboard charger. Your home or workplace has a 3-phase supply. The MRS-EA2 Three Phase connects the two — and does it properly. TÜV Rheinland and CB certified. Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) output. Stepless current from 6A to 32A in 1A steps. 1.28" circular LCD showing voltage, current, power, and kWh. WiFi, Bluetooth, and App included as standard. Wall-mount bracket and carry bag in the box. Two models: 11kW/16A (CEE Red 16A) and 22kW/32A (CEE Red 32A).

⚠️ 3-Phase Notice: Full 11kW or 22kW output requires your vehicle to have a 3-phase onboard charger (e.g. Renault Zoe, Audi e-tron, BMW i4). Single-phase EVs will charge at their maximum single-phase rate (typically 7.4kW) when connected to this charger. Requires a CEE Red 3-phase industrial socket — not a standard household outlet.
🎯 Which MRS-EA2 Three Phase Is Right for You?
Both models use Type 2 (IEC 62196-2). The decision is your CEE socket rating and how fast your EV can charge. Two questions — 30 seconds.
Step 1 — Your Vehicle's Charging Port & Onboard Charger
Renault Zoe (22kW OBC), Audi e-tron / Q4 e-tron, BMW i4 / iX, Mercedes EQS / EQE, VW ID.3 / ID.4 / ID.7, Hyundai IONIQ 5/6, Kia EV6/EV9, BYD Atto 3 (EU). Unlocks full 11kW or 22kW output.
Tesla Model 3/Y (EU-spec, single-phase OBC), Nissan LEAF (EU), Peugeot e-208, Fiat 500e. These EVs will charge at their max single-phase rate (~7.4kW) regardless of the charger model chosen. The MRS-EA2 still works — just not at full 3-phase speed.
Step 2 — Your CEE Socket Rating & Charging Scenario
You have a CEE Red 16A 3-phase industrial socket (common in EU garages, campsites, and rural properties). ~65–70km of range per hour. Stepless 6–16A — ideal for solar PV integration.
You have a CEE Red 32A 3-phase industrial socket (offices, car parks, fleet depots, industrial sites). ~100km of range per hour for 3-phase capable EVs. Maximum AC charging speed. Stepless 6–32A.
Want to dial current to match your solar output in real time? Both models support stepless 1A adjustment. Choose the model that matches your CEE socket — then throttle down to whatever your PV is generating.
💡 How to identify your CEE socket: A CEE Red socket is a round industrial plug with 5 pins (3P+N+PE), typically red in colour. The amperage is stamped on the socket face — look for "16A" or "32A". CEE Blue (2P+E, 230V) is single-phase and not compatible with this charger. If you're unsure, check with your electrician before ordering. Also confirm your vehicle's onboard charger (OBC) rating — not all Type 2 EVs have a 3-phase OBC. Check your vehicle manual or spec sheet under "AC charging power".

Q: What's the difference between the 11kW and 22kW models?
A: Both use the same Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) connector, same IP54 enclosure, same LCD display, and same TÜV/CB certifications. The MRS-EA2-11016 delivers up to 11kW at 3-phase 16A (CEE Red 16A plug). The MRS-EA2-22032 delivers up to 22kW at 3-phase 32A (CEE Red 32A plug) — roughly 100km of range per hour for compatible EVs.
Q: Will this work with my single-phase EV?
A: Yes, but at reduced power. Single-phase EVs charge at their maximum single-phase rate (typically 7.4kW) regardless of the charger's 3-phase capability. To use the full 11kW or 22kW output, your vehicle needs a 3-phase onboard charger — e.g. Renault Zoe, Audi e-tron, BMW i4, Mercedes EQS.
Q: Is the MRS-EA2 Three Phase TÜV certified?
A: Yes. TÜV Rheinland certified and CB Scheme listed. Compliant with IEC 61851-1 (LVD, Mode 3) and IEC 61851-21-2 (EMC). Key components — cable, connector, PCB — also carry export certifications. Independently tested, not a self-declaration.
Q: Can I adjust the current for solar PV integration?
A: Yes. Stepless adjustment from 6A to rated max in 1A steps. Set it to match your solar output in real time — no fixed presets, no wasted generation.
Q: Is WiFi and App control included?
A: Yes. WiFi, Bluetooth, and App (iOS & Android) are included as standard on every MRS-EA2 Three Phase unit — same as the TA2 and AA2. Schedule off-peak sessions, monitor energy use, and get alerts from day one. No upgrade needed.
Q: Can I wall-mount it permanently?
A: Yes. Wall-mount bracket included. Mount it in your garage or carport for a permanent setup, or detach and use the carry bag for travel and campsite charging. Same unit, two modes.
- Requires a dedicated CEE Red 3-phase industrial socket (IEC 60309). Do not use with standard household sockets.
- Full 11kW/22kW output requires a 3-phase onboard charger in your vehicle. Single-phase EVs will charge at their maximum single-phase rate.
- Always select a current rating at or below 80% of your circuit breaker's capacity.
- Do not daisy-chain extension cords. Connect directly to a dedicated outlet.
- Keep the cable fully uncoiled during use to prevent heat buildup.
- For fixed installation, consult a qualified electrician.
- AC Level 2 only — does not support DC fast charging.
